Barbara Lee Withrow, 66, of Virginia Beach, VA went to be with the Lord on July 4, 2014. She was born in Charleston, WV to the late Donnie Kyle Jarrell and Eva Virginia Young Jarrell. Barbara is also predeceased by her daughter, Melissa Lee Hamlin. Barbara retired from the Quality Control Department at Lillian Vernon.

Barbara is survived by her best friend and husband of 34 years, Richard Eugene Withrow; daughters, Marsha F. Whitehair (James) and Karen L. Keeling; son, Larry M. Keeling, Jr.; six grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; sister, Betty L. Seaman (Roy); and brothers, Bobby J. Jarrell (Jackie) and Gary W. Jarrell (Alice).

A funeral service will be held Thursday, July 10, 2014 at 1:00 pm at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434 with Rev. Stacey Lewis officiating.
