Barbara Jane Knisley, 78, passed away May 28, 2015 at Nansemond Pointe after a lengthy illness. She was born in Warren, PA to the late Wallace F. Outrid and Florence E. Fox. Barbara was predeceased by her sister, Ardeth Lauffenburger. Barbara was a member of Cypress Chapel Christian Church. She was a retired bookstore clerk at Regent University.

Barbara is survived by her daughter Debra Piar (Roger) of Pickerington, OH.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, May 30, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. with Dr. Willis I. Dowling officiating at Cypress Chapel Christian Church Cemetery, 1891 Cypress Chapel Road, Suffolk, VA, 23434.
