Barbara Kelly Butt, 75, passed away April 29, 2014.  She was born in Durham, NC the daughter of the late Roy Lee Kelly and Mary Elizabeth Mullis Kelly Sexton. She was predeceased by her sisters, Sonya and Loretta. She worked from 1967-2005 as a nurse and retired after working 38 years for local family medical doctors.

Barbara is survived by her husband, Lowell T. Butt, with whom she shared 32 years; daughters, Patricia Carter (Billy), Alisa Smith (J.C.); sons, Robert Edwards (Gale), James "Keith" Edwards; step son, Adrian Butt (Pam), 9 additional step children; grandchildren, Kelly, Christopher, Tabatha, Skip, Storme, Sarah, and Buck; and 7 great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Thursday, May 1, 2014 at 2 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory with Rev.
