Audrey Clements Selby Parr, 79, passed away July 3, 2012. She was born in Nansemond County, VA the daughter of the late Carrie and Dennis Clements. She was predeceased by her husbands, Horace Hunter Selby and John Drew Parr. Audrey retired as a school teacher from Kings Fork and Mt. Zion Elementary. She was a member of Providence United Methodist Church and the Gray Memorial Class. She was also a member of the United Methodist Women.

Audrey is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Dean and Susan Selby of Windsor, VA and Hunter and Amy Selby of Suffolk, VA; grandchildren, Christopher Michael Selby, Joshua Hunter Selby, Leslie Ann Selby, and Nicholas Lee Selby.

A funeral service will be held Friday, July 6, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. at Providence United Methodist Church with Rev. Dr. Garland Hines officiating. Burial will follow in Holly Lawn Cemetery. Friends may join the family for a time of visitation Thursday night from 7-8 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory.
