Arba Rhea Hill, 83, of Suffolk, VA passed away on September 2, 2012. A native of Hertford, NC, he was the son of the Emma and William Henry Hill and the widower Nancy Belle Hill. He retired as a self-employed floor finisher and painter. Arba was a member of Suffolk Moose lodge #141
He is survived by his sister Mary Elizabeth Robbins and sister-in-law Lillian H. Crawford
