Ann Taylor Pierce, 87, of Suffolk, VA passed away April 24, 2018.  She was born in Nansemond Co., VA to the late John Richard and Mary Mariah Benton Taylor. Ann is predeceased by her husband of 47 years, Isaac Murdock Pierce; granddaughter, Cheyenne E. Pierce; one sister and four brothers including John R. Taylor. She retired as a Sales Clerk from Leggett's Department Store.  Ann was a member of Suffolk Christian Church and a member of the West Memorial Bible Class.

Ann is survived by her daughter, Nancy P. DeJarnette (Michael); sons, Graham A. Pierce (Denise), Farest T. Pierce (Catherine); grandchildren, Kevin T. and David T. Pierce.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held, Saturday, April 28, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434 with Rev. Michael D. Halley officiating. Inurnment will be held at a later date at Western Branch Baptist Church Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Suffolk Christian Church, 216 N.
