Ann Jeannette Caddy Bell, 73, of Suffolk, VA passed away on October 26, 2013. Ann was a native of Elizabeth City, NC. She was predeceased by her parents, John N. Caddy, Sr. and Julia Goodmin Caddy and her brother, John, Jr. Ann retired as a sales clerk with Murphy's Dept. Store. She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Joel Dean Bell; three daughters and sons-in-law; Linda L. and Billy L. Daniels, Brenda G. and William A. Durden, Sr., and Pat A. and Mike L. Fowler; son and daughter-in-law, James Dean and Tracy Bell; four grandchildren; one great- grandchild; and brothers, Larry, Mike, Raymond, and David.

A graveside service will be held at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. with Dr. Donald Ray Jones officiating.
