Andrew Deans, 38, passed away December 19, 2025.  Andrew was born in Ahoskie, NC the son of the late Shirley Russell and Willie Raynor Deans.  He is predeceased by his nephew, Frank R. Deans, Jr.  Andrew was a cook in the food service industry.  He loved cars and spending time with family and friends.

Andrew is survived by his sister, Darlene Deans Brinkley (Britt); brothers, Kenneth R. Deans, Frank Raynor Deans, Sr. (Amy), numerous nieces and nephews and his family and friends at the Oxford House and at work.  Thank you to the Oxford House for their years of love and support.

A graveside funeral service will be held Monday, December 29, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Cypress Chapel Christian Church Cemetery, 1891 Cypress Chapel Road, Suffolk, VA 23434 with Rev. Tim Rawls officiating.  Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
