Amber Leigh Shildt, 42, passed away on November 30, 2024. She was born in Norfolk, Virginia to Anne and Lloyd Shildt. She is predeceased by her sister, Emily Dorothy Shildt. She worked in restaurants and did many different jobs, to become very knowledgeable of the industry. She leaves us from a broken heart and spirit. But Amber will be known for her larger than life personality, laughter, her love of writing, and love for the arts. Her abundance of friends and her love she held so deeply for them. She was magnetic and perfectly unique.

Amber is survived by her parents; sister, Dana Brown; brothers, William Shildt (Nataly), Erik Shildt, and Jeffrey Shildt (Jessica); nieces and nephews, Luke, Luna, Stella, Serenity, Eli, and Noah; a host of cousins; and a community of friends who loved her.

Amber's visitation will be from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm, Saturday, December 7, 2024 at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Dr, Suffolk, VA 23434.
