Allan "Rocky" Glenn Rockwell, 60, passed away September 29, 2021.  He was born in Portsmouth, VA the son of Franklin Charles Rockwell and the late Diane Rockwell.  He was predeceased by his sister, Therese Bass and brother, Clifford Rockwell.  Allan retired from the Norfolk Naval Shipyard as an Engineer Technician.  He was a member of The Rock Center Renegades, American Cornhole League, Federation of the Eagles, Moose Lodge, Country Boys Hunt Club, and Delaware Hunt Club.

Allan/Rocky was an avid hunter, fisherman and cornhole player who loved his family and God. He treated all of the people involved in his life as family. He especially loved his cornhole family and The Renegades!  He will be greatly missed by so many.

In addition to his father, Allan is survived by his wife of 35 years, Kathleen Louise Gorman Rockwell; daughter, Jennifer Marie Rockwell; sons, Christopher Allan Rockwell (Jessica), and Justin Andrew Rockwell; grandchild, Tristan; sisters, Barbara R. Broxton (Paul), Doris R. Atkinson (Ralph); brothers, Eric M. Rockwell and Richard D. Rockwell; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

A funeral service will be held Monday, October 4, 2021 at 11 a.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory with Pastor Edwin L. Goodwin, Jr. officiating.  Burial will follow at Holly Lawn Cemetery.  Friends may join the family for a time of visitation Sunday from 3-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
